Printing Double-sided
It is normally possible to print double-sided on a single-sided printer but the exact method depends on the printer. The following instructions may be useful although the wording of the options may vary from computer to computer. It may be wise to experiment first by choosing a Print Range of, say, 'Pages from 1 to 4' rather than 'All' to establish how the printer works.
1.Select 'File->Print' from the menu, choose 'All' as the Print Range and choose 'Odd Pages Only' from the Print box. Ensure 'Scaling' is set to none and 'Fit to page' is not selected. Click 'OK'.
2.Once the 'odd' pages have printed, move the stack of printed pages back to the paper feed tray so that the next page will be printed on the back of an already printed page. This may either be the back of the first 'odd' page or the back of the last 'odd' page depending on the printer. It may be necessary to turn the stack of pages over.
3.Select 'File->Print' again, choose 'All' as the Print Range and choose 'Even Pages Only' from the Print box. If the next page will be printed on the back of the last 'odd' page then select 'Reverse pages', otherwise leave 'Reverse pages' not selected. Click 'OK'.
