Two teams of two Scouts from the 11th Entered the Annual Spen Valley Cooking Cooking Competition, and both teams were placed in the top 3, with 1 team even managing to secure first place.

28th July - 4th August 2007, Saw 7 Scouts & 5 Leaders join 4 Leaders and 14 Scouts from the 5th Spen Valley and visit the Walesby World Experience, in Nottighamshire.

Scouts
We are the 11th (Hunsworth) Spen Valley Scout Troop we consist of about 25 boys aged 10 1/2 - 14 years we have 5 leaders and helpers and we have lots of fun. We meet on a weekly basis where we play games and do different activities.
